Lyndsey Dixon recently became the new home manager at MHA Brockworth House, a nursing home in Gloucester, and is eager to contribute to the community. She joined the home in November 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience in social care and over 10 years of managing a nursing home. With a background as an oncology nurse and studies in palliative care, she is also pursuing a master’s in advanced clinical practice.

MHA Brockworth House specializes in providing nursing dementia care for 52 residents. Despite it being her first time working for a charity, Lyndsey is enthusiastic about raising the profile of the home and making a lasting impact on the community. She feels aligned with MHA's values, which she sees as matching her own personality.

Having spent her entire life in Gloucester, Lyndsey is excited to strengthen connections with the local community. She is committed to being part of the home for the long term, aiming to make a meaningful difference.
